Sometimes, the most amazing things truly take your breath away. No 4K TV or the pictures taken by the best of best photographers can actually bring that feeling :).
Machu Picchu is one of those places that really did that. The clouds were all over, bit of an overcast would be an understatement and the iconic peak (Huayna Picchu) was no where to be seen. It was like a cloud traffic jam that wouldn't clear off. We waited and waited. Found a small rock to sit on and waited.
And as the clouds cleared off (slowly, very slowly), our eyes widened, goosebumps raised and lips parted a little-bit with a whiff of air that said "Wow!".
